Stringify Terms and Conditions / Policy

Confirmation of String Details : Although our team will make every effort to reach out to you once the order is placed, to confirm the choices made to place the Stringing Service order, however it is Customer's responsibility to ensure that right details are filled and in case of any discrepancy in any of the details, customer need to contact us within 10mins of placing the order to make any changes or cancel the order.

PickUp and Drop :

  • Please be courteous to provide the correct PickUp and Drop location and appropriate time so that the PickUp / Delivery can be executed smoothly.
  • The PickUp and Drop Time may vary due to various factors, like number of collections/deliveries, time of the day, traffic and distance from our Stringing facility. Hence its advised to choose the appropriate time for PickUp and Deliverable which avoids any of delays.

No Replacement, No Warranty: Once the string is installed, no replacement or no refund will be provided. So please ensure to double check the Stringing details (Type, Tension and Color)

String Tension and Racquet Condition : Please note, if our Stringer finds the Racquet is damaged/cracked or any other risk of Racquet being damaged due to Stringing process, he will contact with you, share the concerns, Stringing will be continued only post your acceptance and agreeance.

Racquet Damaged/Broken during or after Stringing : Stringing is a complicated process which involves high precision and string tension. There is always probability of Racquets getting broken either during the Stringing process or after it is done. This is dependent on may factors like :

  • Racquet's Make or Quality
  • Racquet's Age
  • Racquet's ReStringing Count
  • Handling or Racquet

Hence, although we try our best to avoid any mishap with the Racquet, however due any of the above reasons if such unforeseen scenario happens and Racquet gets broken during or after Stringing, then Stringify (or Sportify) cannot be held accountable for the same and no refund/replacement whatsoever can be claimed from Stringify (Sportify)
